Our favourite assessments are for those older homes that require additional care and attention that we love! These homes (and sometimes homeowners!) have more complex needs and require detailed work to determine how best to reduce their energy consumption. (Spoiler alert: we prioritize building envelope upgrades ahead of the ‘mechanical’ upgrades such as heat pumps or solar panels.) We like nothing more than comparing the pre-upgrade and post-upgrade energy reports to see the difference!
