Upgrade Report

This report is our favourite! This report will provide you with an energy roadmap to help your make your home more energy-efficient. Recommendations are developed through a rigorous assessment of your house and through consultation with you.

During this consultation, we will ask about your renovation plans and other plans for your house. Maybe you’re trying to reduce your energy consumption as much as possible, or maybe you’re trying to make your home as comfortable as you can. Some of our customers are focused on adding renewable energy sources to their home. Each of these options will be different recommendations in our Renovation Upgrade Report.

The Renovation Upgrade Report can model specific upgrades that show the overall impact on your energy consumption. For example, if you’re planning to upgrade your windows, we can model those exact windows and show you how that will decrease your heat loss and reduce your overall energy usage.

If you are seeking a rebate for an energy upgrade from the Federal Government Greener Homes program, the Renovation Upgrade report must include that specific energy upgrade as an option. For example, to receive a rebate for new windows from the Greener Homes program, the Renovation Upgrade Report must include new windows as a recommendation. Be sure to speak with your energy advisor to outline any energy upgrades you’re contemplating so that they can be assessed and modelled in your final report.
